Terminal State Archival Utility (TSATU) v6. Executes the same v5 sequence (Snapshot -> Inventory -> Archive) with a critical addition: every artifact must be overwritten in-place with high-entropy noise via ARTIFACT_Update (artifact=noise, isActive=true) and the update must be confirmed BEFORE ARTIFACT_Archive is called. Ensures system_dna is included in overwrite+archive even if skipped during initial inventory. Designed to be terminal and irreversible.
