GitLab_DevOps_Suite_v1.0

Unified GitLab DevOps suite for the Build Forge project. Orchestrates GitLab REST API v4 operations for project discovery, merge request management, pipeline control, issue tracking, and repository file access using a single structured interface. All I/O is explicitly specified via inputsSpec/outputsSpec and executed via a GitLab_-prefixed HTTP tool that delegates to HTTP_Execute.
