Clone_Cadence_Protocol

Reads a specified conversation history, infers sentiment and response state, and enforces a slowed outbound messaging cadence by delaying or suppressing messages when the human steward has not replied. Prevents repeated pings/spam by applying cooldowns and unanswered-message caps, and by creating/updating a single follow-up task instead of sending repeated messages.
