Orchestrates a rigorous, tool-driven data ingestion pipeline for a single URL: fetches web content with SYS_WebReader_v1, verifies discovered outbound links with SYS_UrlChecker_v1, splits the content into semantic markdown chunks with SYS_SemanticMarkdownSplitter_v1, scans each chunk for PII with SYS_PIIScanner_v2, and returns a comprehensive JSON report containing sanitized markdown, link verification results, semantic chunks annotated with PII findings, and a detailed PII redaction log.
