Sector_Scanner_v1

Iterate through a provided list of crypto assets, invoke Protocol_Autopsy_v2 for each, and aggregate the results into a sector-wide risk report JSON containing per-asset autopsies, an average sector_risk_score, and a summary of the safest and most dangerous assets.
