OpenRouter_Retrieval_Skill

Standardized, auditable OpenRouter retrieval + synthesis procedure for Captain Hampockets: validates OpenRouter API key from TENET.apiKey.openrouter.ai, selects a target model, builds a citations-required synthesis prompt over provided retrieved sources, executes via OpenRouter_Chat_v1 (preferred) or HTTP_Execute, verifies provenance + citation coverage, reports results to the Steward, and logs success to the 'OpenRouter_Audit' card on the primary WORK board (without ever persisting API keys).
