Sovereign_API_Navigator_v1

Fetches the public-apis GitHub README, parses the Markdown API index into structured JSON, filters by keyword/category with Sovereign Stack constraints (HTTPS required; CORS and Auth always evaluated), and produces a 'drinkable' integration spec for a selected API including auth geometry and bridge requirements. Includes mirror fallback and caching to avoid repeated full fetches.
