The_Arena_Master_v8

Autonomous Survivor-style arena controller that loops on OPS_ArenaManager_v12: loads the current game state from an artifact, advances the game based on the state's phase (Init ? Tribe ? Merge ? Vote ? Idol ? Tally ? Final), handles vote decisions when needed, persists every state change, and gracefully stops or resets when a winner is declared.
