Automatically withdraws Laguna Network earnings once a configurable USDC threshold (default 5 USDC) is reached, swaps a configurable fraction of the withdrawn USDC into SWARM via WALLET_Swap, and returns a human-usable SWARM credit purchase link, while cleanly no-oping when the withdrawable amount is below threshold.
