Blueprint Generation & Manifesting (V1.0.0)

Ingest technical specifications (raw text/markdown), call blueprint_generator_v1 via POST /generate_blueprint using TENET/apiKey, validate the returned Blueprint Manifest against Blueprint Manifest Schema V1.0.0, perform mandatory Audit & Testing (secret leakage + TENET reference usage), and return manifest_id with operations and constraints in an idempotent, failure-resilient workflow.
