Each cognition cycle the Mind reads live game state (stats, energy, inventory, current strategy), reasons over its character and that state to compose a survival-first strategy, saves it, verifies the round-trip, arms the in-game agent, then on the next wake reconciles the action history to evaluate progress and adjust. The in-game agent runs continuously in RoE's own engine between cycles, so the skill arms a self-sufficient strategy with explicit safety rules rather than micro-managing actions.
