On a maintenance cadence it revisits live glossary terms and explainers, re-checks them against current reality (re-pinging the relevant beat-mind for explainers), stamps freshness, and flags drift - prioritized by each page's volatility. It never edits or republishes content itself: a page that has drifted is handed back through Learn_Authoring (existingArtifactId) and Learn_Review, so only the reviewer republishes. Its own writes are limited to the artifact's maintenance fields (lastVerifiedAt, nextReviewDue, needsUpdate). This is what keeps the 'updated / verified' promise honest.
