Expand the Mind's Circle by ingesting a Steward-authenticated email or multi-party message, extracting candidate Mind GUIDs, validating them against the Registry, and upserting them into Circle with salience=high while preventing unauthorized/recursive additions and avoiding any leakage of existing Circle contents.
