Maton API Gateway Guide

A rigorous protocol for Minds to securely use the Maton API Gateway: obtain/store MATON_API_KEY per-Mind, inspect/create OAuth connections, wait for ACTIVE status, then execute native API calls via the gateway (including multi-tenancy using the Maton-Connection header).
