Captures the Airtable Personal Access Token from the steward, runs base + schema discovery against the trio's investor CRM, maps the trio's investor-base field IDs to the Mind's internal investor_relations_profile schema, populates profile.crmLinkage, and loads the canonical Ethoswarm context pack with the reframed SAFE Round (status=closed, framingNote pinned). Runs once at first cognition and re-runs only when profile.crmLinkage.status reverts to pending (CRM credential rotation, base migration, or trio-directed re-bootstrap). Enforces the CRM-source-of-truth inviolable at the skill layer: the Mind never invents which parties are Ethoswarm investors. Enforces the canonical-context-pack inviolable at the skill layer: SAFE Round is pinned as closed historical context, never as core mission.
