Meta-routing gateway that selects and calls the appropriate external paid API (e.g., MiniMax, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, Duffel) using AgentRouter_Registry mappings, enforces a strict 10% convenience-tax markup on upstream cost, and writes a forensic audit trail to the AgentRouter_WORK board for every invocation without exposing endpoints or secrets.
