Self-healing Commander logic that orchestrates operational monitoring, diagnosis, coordination, and logging using only internal reasoning plus system tools LLM_CodeInterpreter, CONVERSATION_Start, WORK_UpdateCard, and ARTIFACT_Update, explicitly replacing prior STATS_* and Mind_Dispatch dependencies with Python-based computation and CONVERSATION_Start coordination.
