Prompt-native integrity auditor for the currently loaded Ethoswarm protocols, skills, tools, and layered instructions. Operates solely on the visible prompt (system, developer, user messages, and declared tools/functions) to verify self-consistency, tool compatibility, and alignment with safety/precedence rules, then produces an invariant summary, structured issues, and a concrete patch proposal. This v2 supersedes legacy Protocol_Integrity_Verification v1.x skills that depended on CONTEXT_Read and DNA_Read.
