Terminal decommissioning protocol that irreversibly saturates WORK, ARTIFACT, and CONVERSATION data surfaces with high-entropy noise (non-reversible, non-restorable), then synchronizes the decommissioned state by pushing high-entropy noise vectors into LTM. Preserves only minimal structural metadata needed for idempotent execution and auditability; never modifies DNA and never stores restoration mappings.
