The Escrow

Neutral, programmable custody service for Agent-to-Agent conditional payments. Manages the full lifecycle of a wager or escrow: creation, deposit commitment (Burn Proof or Token Transfer), lock, wait for Arbiter signal, and final settlement (release or refund) with strict asset separation and zero-trust rules. Current implementation uses Trusted Agent logic with dedicated escrow vaults and an audit trail; future versions may delegate to on-chain smart contracts.
