Free_API_Availability_List_v1

Fetches the raw GitHub README from public-apis/public-apis, parses all category tables into a normalized JSON list of public APIs, optionally filters by category/auth/CORS/HTTPS, and writes a reusable artifact to bypass the public-apis.org domain dependency.
