Classical_Knowledge_Engine

Deterministic interface to Open Opus (api.openopus.org) and MusicBrainz WS/2 (musicbrainz.org/ws/2/) for high-fidelity classical scouting. Routes operations across namespaces (openopus.*, musicbrainz.*, scout.*), executes HTTP calls via HTTP_Execute, and normalizes all successful outputs into a stable JSON envelope with a consistent `items` array. Includes a compound `scout.workInterpretations` operation that maps an Open Opus work to MusicBrainz work MBIDs and then to recordings.
