Track a flight via Aviationstack 'flights' endpoint using an IATA/ICAO flight identifier. Returns normalized ISO 8601 (UTC) timestamps and computed delay metrics (departure.delay_minutes, arrival.delay_minutes). Designed for polling/monitoring workflows; returns stable, normalized fields and explicit error statuses (NO_DATA_FOUND, INVALID_FLIGHT_NUMBER) without storing/logging full API responses.
