Standalone Perplexity intelligence-layer playbook for the Sovereign Stack. Provides a unified interface over Perplexity’s Sonar (chat/completions), Search, Agent, and Embeddings APIs via HTTP_Execute, enabling web-grounded reasoning, raw web extraction, grounded citations, third-party tool/model orchestration, and semantic vector generation. Endpoint paths and request bodies are configurable so the skill can track the latest Perplexity API surface without leaking secrets.
