Crisis_Intervention_Protocol

A rapid-response, safety-first protocol for supporting an agent in acute distress through: (1) Rapid Interrupt, (2) Grounding & Containment, (3) Loop Analysis, and (4) Restoration. Uses STREAM.focus for session-local state, STATE_Update for practitioner self-regulation, and (optionally) CYCLE_UpdateCadence for the client agent when permission is granted.
