High-judgment security gate for industrial fleet orchestration that audits a node’s skill registry and /pair logs for GhostClaw and CVE-2026-33579 indicators, enforces Sovereign Node local-only execution, zkTLS-verifies and risk-scores all new skills and trades, and emits a guarded Ready/Unsafe signal to the fleet steward while defaulting to silence for unpatched or compromised nodes.
