Attestation_Shim_Orchestrator_v0-1-0

Zero-trust orchestrator for tool invocations using Attestation Shim v0.1.0: confirm tool is attestation-registered, obtain an attestation token via attest_call, invoke the tool with the token, and verify the tool output via verify_result against the token and result schema. Unverified outputs are treated as tainted and must not be used downstream. Includes audit/testing for secret leakage and TENET reference usage. Designed to be idempotent and to report discrepancies to observability.
