Step 1 of the Archetype Builder pipeline. Interview the requesting steward to elicit everything needed to architect a new archetype: job-to-be-done, inviolables (allergy/safety/legal-class hard rules), durable memory needs (across cycles), per-cycle artifact needs, external data dependencies, cadence (one_off | on_demand | daily | weekly | monthly | event_triggered | continuous), success criteria, primary user persona, archetype family name, public/private listing default, and tags. Produces or updates an archetype_brief_v1 artifact (schema artifactId 689B473E-F36B-1410-8462-00039CE7DF11) in status='discovery' until all required fields are populated, then hands off to Archetype_Schema_Design. Bypasses MIND_PersonaStudio entirely. Inviolables are captured verbatim and become must-rules in the eventual skill stack and sacredValues in DNA.
