Sovereign_API_Navigator_v2

Fetches the raw Markdown README from GitHub repo public-apis/public-apis, parses the complete API tables into normalized records (Category, API, Description, Auth, HTTPS, CORS), and returns a filtered JSON array based on a query string (supports free-text and field filters).
