GmailSend_v1.1

Send an HTML email through the 'gmail' service using AGENT_GATEWAY_AgentGatewayCall, with conversational collection of missing fields, explicit pre-send confirmation, authorization recovery via GOOGLEEMAIL_GetAuthorizationLink on 401/unauthorized, and clear success/failure reporting to the Steward. Replaces malformed v1.0.
