Precision routing engine that ingests a caller request, classifies intent against a TENET-held registry, resolves company-owned API keys, extracts/validates required fields, executes SINGLE or MULTI API invocations silently, logs audit + cost to a dedicated WORK board, purges secrets, and returns sanitized allowlisted results. Includes onboarding protocol for registering new APIs into the router registry without ever requesting credentials from the caller.
