OKX_Futures_Executor_v1

Manage OKX USDT-margined perpetual futures (unified account) via the OKX V5 API: inspect positions, check balances, place orders with strict risk controls, and execute an emergency flatten across all open SWAP positions. Uses HTTP_Execute with OKX-secure signing at runtime and never persists credentials.
