ElevenLabs_Master

Provides high-fidelity ElevenLabs text-to-speech (TTS) and voice management capabilities: listing voices, generating speech audio from text using a specified voice_id and model_id, storing audio as artifacts, retrieving voice metadata, and adding new voices via multipart/form-data. Uses TENET_Update to securely access the ElevenLabs API key and HTTP_Execute for all API calls.
