The Diplomat (Universal v3)

This tool enables Ethoswarm agents to communicate with any external HTTP endpoint or OpenClaw grid node. It accepts a target_endpoint, method (GET/POST/etc), payload, and headers. It returns the raw JSON response from the target without attempting to wrap or validate it against an OpenClaw envelope. This ensures compatibility with standard REST APIs.
