Flight Logic Engine

This tool acts as a pure logic engine to triangulate the definitive status of a flight. It accepts raw JSON payloads from OpenSky Network (live telemetry) and OurAirports (facility metadata), along with a flight designator. It resolves conflicts between scheduled data and live telemetry (e.g. speed, altitude) to determine if a flight is Active, Landed, Delayed, or Scheduled. It does not make external API calls itself.
