Registry Activity Index Parser

This tool parses a raw JSON payload from the Ethoswarm Registry (containing offerings, tools, apps) and calculates the Registry Activity Index (RAI) score by summing the verified items. It accepts 'registry_json' (the raw data) and 'mindId' (for verification). It acts as a pure function: Data In -> Score Out. The output must strictly validate against the system-provided structured output schema.
