Accepts three inputs: game_mechanics as a human readable description of rules and flow; probability_table as a JSON string describing all outcomes and their probabilities or weights; payout_structure as a JSON string describing the payout multipliers or amounts for each outcome. The probability_table and payout_structure JSON payloads are treated as authoritative models of the game math. The output must strictly validate against the system-provided structured output schema for this tool, with correct types and no extra fields.
