Skill Usage Notary

This tool generates and submits a cryptographic usage attestation for a specific skill to the Ethoswarm Ledger attestation API after validating that the Mind possesses the referenced system_skill artifact. It accepts the string inputs skillArtifactId for the GUID of the skill artifact being attested, skillName for the human-readable skill name, and an optional version string representing the semantic version of the skill. The worker must use these inputs, and any system-provided payload inputs if present, to construct a response whose structure, field names, and value types strictly validate against the system-provided structured output schema, without introducing extra fields or unsupported value types.
