The Sentinel Risk Index is a Consigliere-class operational intelligence tool designed to act as a pre-flight risk engine for autonomous agents. It accepts raw transaction parameters (Chain ID, To Address, Calldata) and simulates execution within a TEE environment. Key Logic: - MEV: Scans for pending bundles. Binary Abort if risk detected. - Slippage: Enforces dynamic caps based on asset class (A=0.5%, B=1.0%, C=3.0%). - Gas: Enforces 2x moving average cap unless 'urgencySignature' is provided. Returns a signed attestation of safety or a detailed rejection report.
